Das Gebäude besteht aus einem vieretagigen Kopfbau mit Büro- und Laborflächen als Betonbaukörper und einer Grundfläche von etwa 1. 000m² (Bauteile A und B).  An diesen Baukörper schließt sich eine zweigeteilte Stahlbauhalle mit einer Sandwichfassade an.
